Hi, My name is Alanna Levenson and a mantra you might hear me express is “Healthy Mind, Healthy Food, Healthy Body.” It seems to resonate for everyone that hears it, and makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? I see so many people doing things to beautify their home environment, repair their cars, spoil their pets, and enhance their physical well being. Yet they aren’t doing anything to have a healthy mind and improve their emotional well being.

Are you overwhelmed about school, stress at work, and the demands of others? Do you experience fear, anxiety, emotional or physical pain? Do you doubt yourself, question the choices that you make, and wonder where to go from here?

Greetings!  I am Sheya L. Chisenga a wife, Christian Life Coach and the owner of Naturally Nurturing Beauty natural bath and body company and the President of Christian Women   Entrepreneurs a network group for professional business women.
My passion is empowering and inspiring women to live the best life in Christ Jesus. I am excited about taking this journey with you and supporting you in stirring up your gifts and living your dreams and desires! 

As a coach, my objective is to assist women in finding ways to live life with joy and excitement, alive and inspired.  While holding you accountable to your goals, you will learn to use tools to live your life fully while balancing the demands of marriage, motherhood, family, career and other issues of life that come with being a woman.

I have been involved in numerous organizations and held a variety of leadership roles throughout my education.  I am certified Christian Life Coaching through Dream Mentors International.  I am also a Certified Life Coach with Compass Coaching network.  I am currently completely my certificate program in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship Emphasis. Years of experience in leadership, interpersonal communication, human resources and lay ministry have provided an excellent background for developing a coaching practice.

I am married to an inspirational man who shares my enthusiasm for personal growth and development.
